Section 198
Judgment format
(1) Based on the decision made according to section 197, the court shall prepare the decision within twenty one working days in the format according to schedule-19.
(2) The judgment prepared in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be signed and certified by the judge, stating the date. Appeals may be made before the Chief Justice and in the case of the Supreme Court's decision, before the Chief Justice. (2B) In case of an appeal under subsection (2A), the concerned Chief Justice or the Chief Justice shall instruct the concerned judge to prepare the judgment within one week.
(3) Every week, the court shall post the details of the judgments certified in accordance with sub-section (2) on the notice board of the court and also keep it on its website.
